We are a small group of dedicated and caring
individuals working together to help minimize the
population of stray and unwanted cats and kittens in the
greater Newark, Delaware area.  By providing vet care, home
environment socialization, spaying and neutering and
careful placement in a loving new home we hope to bring
about many joyous beginnings for the cats and kittens and
their new families.
        In the eleven years since our efforts began we have
successfully placed over 550 cats and kittens in wonderful
homes.  Almost every day brings new furry faces to us so
please keep checking this site for updated information
on who is available and who has been adopted by their
forever home. 
        If you are interested in adopting, there is an
application and $50 adoption fee required.
        Please understand that we are very limited in our
ability to accommodate new intakes.  Since we operate with
only a few foster homes, adoption cages and very limited
financial resources, we can only take in new kitties when
current adoptable kitties are placed in their forever
homes. We are happy to post your adoptable cats or kittens
on the PurringPals web site until space is available for
fostering.
